AGREEMENT
These terms apply to your use of stevezilberman.com and to the SMS and voice messaging service reachable at +1 (616) 420-6669, operated by Steve Zilberman as a sole proprietor.
THE MESSAGING SERVICE
What it is: a one-to-one conversational messaging service. You text or call us, and we reply. It is not a marketing list, an alert service, or a bulk sender.
How you opt in: by texting +1 (616) 420-6669 first. That is the only way to opt in. There is no web form, no keyword campaign, and no purchased or imported list. We never send a message to anyone who has not messaged us first.
Consent disclosure, as published next to the number on our contact page: By texting this number, you agree to receive conversational SMS messages from Steve Zilberman. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Message frequency varies. It depends entirely on the conversation you are having.
Cost: we do not charge for messages. Your mobile carrier's message and data rates may apply.
Opting out: reply STOP, or any of CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, STOPALL, at any time. You will get one confirmation and then no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

Carriers: wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed. Supported on major US carriers.
ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not use the service to send unlawful, abusive, harassing, or fraudulent content, to impersonate anyone, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. We may stop responding and block a number at our discretion.
AI-ASSISTED REPLIES
Replies may be generated or drafted with the assistance of automated and AI systems. Treat them as informal conversation, not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

Content on stevezilberman.com, including photography, is owned by Steve Zilberman and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.
NO WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The site and the messaging service are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of either.
