WHO THIS COVERS
This policy covers Steve Zilberman ("we", "us"), operating as a sole proprietor, and the website stevezilberman.com.
WHAT WE COLLECT
If you text or call us: when you send a text message or place a call to +1 (616) 420-6669, we receive your mobile phone number and the contents of the messages you send. We keep this so we can hold a conversation with you and remember prior context.
If you email us: we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
If you use the site: our website host (Squarespace) collects standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
We do not collect payment card details through the messaging service.
HOW WE USE IT
To reply to you and continue the conversation you started. To keep context across messages so you are not starting over each time. To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade, or share it for anyone else's marketing. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
Only service providers who make the messaging work, and only to that extent: Twilio, the telecommunications provider that carries the SMS and voice traffic; hosting and AI providers used to process and generate replies; and Squarespace, our website host. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except for the service providers listed above who are required to deliver the messaging service itself.
SMS SPECIFICALLY
Messaging is one-to-one and conversational. You start the conversation by texting us first; we reply. Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out and receive no further messages. Reply HELP for help. You can also simply stop replying.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep conversation history for as long as needed to maintain continuity, and delete it on request.
YOUR CHOICES
Email Steve@stopdrama.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Text STOP to +1 (616) 420-6669 to stop messages.
CHILDREN
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
CHANGES
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
